bears attribution in black chalk, verso: Melchior Lorck

135 by 163 mm; 5¼ by 6½ in.

Hinge mounted on a sheet of paper which has subsequently been hinged to a decorative mount. There is scattered foxing throughout the sheet and a small tear to the lower centre and an abrasion to the lower right corner. The drawing itself remains in very good condition, with the pen and ink still fresh and vibrant throughout. Sold unframed.
